MD and the S+ gang promote this thinking. They would be well served to dig deeper to find the talented players that may not even be on the club circuit. As it is now, ECNL ought to pull the badge and give it to Sporting. And MD should be shown the door.

give it to Sporting? Yea, sure you're an FSA parent.

The rosters are filled and parents are still knocking on the door. Your kids aren't good enough for a CFC roster and love HS, so OW is out.

They have you by the wallet sir.
Good luck if you're 04 and older!

Continue to your ride on the Titanic
FSA parents can't be bothered with fundraising. Imagine them pulling an OW and asking for time in the snack shop? OW has it's own issues but at least they do make efforts to keep their fees lower. The nut on the facility isn't helping FSA's profit structure either.

FSA is doing great, minus their records on the girls side. $$$$$ is flowing in and parents are chomping at the bit to show off their superstars...... The ones that'll change the future of FSA .
        Haha

        Cash flows everything around!

Families who pay above market rates for their state teams need to have their heads examined.

How about for their ECNL and NPL teams? Above market rate for anything is foolish, but for a terrible product is even sillier.

They'll be fine on paying off anything.
As for the coaches...Out with the old and in with the new. It's pretty simple, sir.

BTW: Notice that its all girls side? Maybe a wakeup call....a little one? haha

A, B and C girls' teams are all terrible in their competitive set. Most boys teams are at least decent. Parents on the girls' side need to grow a set and either rise up and demand change or leave. You may as well be setting your cash on fire.

Change to what? It's a serious question.

The market price is set by ECNL, NPL all around. The Ct teams are just less but it does cost something minus the traveling. They aren't going to lower anything just because of their poor records. It's been poor since S+ and it's not changing at all.
Their college placements are still better than OW and any of the Sportings, Yankee, etc.
                      Why change?

Parents still are in awe of their own child and the "she's the one" to make a difference because the u-littles compete.

Just like Robin Williams character in Good Will Hunting said to Matt Damon's

"It's not your fault".. "It's not your fault"

You FSA parents have nowhere to go once you're sucked into the black hole and stay to long before your kid is to old.
                      That's a fact!

Who is out there in the coaching world to replace the existing fsa staff? And before the response is anyone is better than what they have now, seriously who is there? Names?

                          How about LA formerly Oakwood?

It's about leadership and coaching. You won't improve the later without the former. How do you explain the performance of the boys vs the girls teams? If FSA wanted things to change they'd make it happen. There are many fine coaches out there if you look for them, pay them well enough and give them an environment in which they and their players can thrive.

FSA state teams are getting smoked by Ajax, Academica, Sporting (yes, full field age parity Sporting) and by town travel teams. There are better players out there and they arent at FSA. That's a problem.
