Ghs posters are pretty tame compared to stj and they win LL titles, not L.

        Ah...ok
We sent the fciac jv to LL last year and two of them made it to the LL final, one of which beat you. Don’t let your regular season record fool you. You ain’t built to talk trash. If it wasn’t for your gift of a seed, you would be out in the quarters.

St Joe's beat Glastonbury in 2013 in the semis on its way to win the Class LL. This year, we can put everything to rest if both teams reach the finals.

Fat St Joe’s Dad living in the past. This year’s group of “recruits” is selfish and not going anywhere.

The good news is they’ll probably be sent down to L after this year

Not living in the past. Simply stating the fact that Glastonbury is beatable. What they did a few years ago is remarkable, but that is the past as well. St Joe's can shut up all the GHS fanatics once an for all.

See you in 2 weeks at the championship game.

Fine but does it mean that you will shut up if you don't win the championship? We are going to crucify your fat, smug *****es if you don't ( and it isn't likely that you do win despite all the talking you have done since July about how great this team of recruits was).

It definitely was not me in July. See you in 2 weeks

That team was unusual. SJ has not had a team as stacked with talent since.

I would partially agree. 2015 team was pretty good as well.

They have had stacked teams, but just not game changing quality. Their super stars are a slightly above average player who thinks she is Marta but who is a turn over machine and an Inca who is all flash but no cash.

Neither can carry a team like some of the players from the past, ie jb, st, sg, all of whom happened to play together on the same team one year. Those players were supported by some other quality players and together, made a great team. Last couple years have been dog pop. The “stars” were just average players who at one time in thier adolescent years were ahead of her peers, but faded and others caught up. The supporting staff has deteriorated as far as quality.

Gas still plays like a team, even if the talent isn’t as strong as past years. That’s the difference, and it starts with the coaching. One is a coach, the other is a puppet master.

                            Perhaps, but we were better.

That SJ team from 2013 was unique because there were several players who scored regularly, not just one or two superstars like you see now.

Coaching has a lot to do with how the team has played the past few years. This year, it is even more glaring that there are two primary scorers, though there are other girls who can contribute more on the scoring front. It is way too predictable.

Many Coaches are stubborn if they have success; many won't change anything if their approach worked in the past. JN fits that mold. He does not adapt his system to the different talent level.
