Can’t imagine how anyone can stay or join this club at this point.

Yes, ECNL is a good league, but if you look at the performance of the FC Bucks teams pretty much at every age group, the teams do not perform very well.
Is there anything specific that FC Bucks as a club does particularly well - when compared to other ECNL clubs?

Train consistently 2-3 times a week on turf (the minimum as stated by ECNL) as an ECNL club, all teams together. U13 to U15 first session, and the U16-19 in the second session. With younger players being moved up to train from time to time. This does not happen.
NO cancelled practices, unless serious weather issues. Back-up plan is needed too. VIRUS back-up plan is needed!! This does not happen.
10-month speed, agility and ACL prevention program. Nope!
Parents and players want training and game feedback/evaluations. Nope!
Parents and players want a dedicated college recruiting coordinator. Nope Nope!
DOC has to be involved with every team, not a single team. The focus should be working with all the players and teams as an ECNL club. Nope!
No parent coach coaching their own child after U12, but best after U10. No parent ECNL coaches! You cannot coach your own child at ECNL level. Nope!
Coaches must have a minimum of a USSF B license as suggested by the ECNL. Nope!
The DOC position must have standards, right now that is not the case. NOPE!!
FC Bucks must follow ECNL guidelines. Nope!

Since people on here (probably BB) are saying the season is over and tryouts won’t happen until next year will the club be giving refunds? And when can we expect the refunds?

Refunds - go take a look at the Mass threads on refunds. Some good points in there on that front.
You have a lot time to now check out other clubs (research) and maybe come fall you can physically check them out to decide where you want to move your kid. No need to copy and paste the same thing everyday when no of that matters anymore. Soccer is on a long break and you (and everyone) is no longer tied to a club (refund or not).

Don't put much stock in TS .... at any given time, you will hear several WAG's and many others that are more reasonable .... all guesses nonetheless.

And by the way - real clubs with real leadership, have already had the difficult conversations with their members about refunds - even if to just say, things are up in the air and we still don't know what will be. FC Bucks on the other hand has said NOTHING. Not a peep.

I figure most club teams will hold tryouts in fall or even next winter. Who really cares what you old team did / didn’t do. Find the best club that matches well with you and your child.
