WANTED: a new Girls DOC that will put the program back in order. Weston has a lot of potential, large player pool, facilities, committed parents, money .. we need a new DOC that will take the program to the top where it belongs.

That will be good actually. TM seems to know what he is doing, but you need to be a good politician to be successful in Weston. He will need to step up and for starters remove all the daddy coaches that are still coaching premier teams and coach the same teams for 4+ years.

TM can handle it. Question is will the parents deal with it. Removing the daddy coaches will be the 1st step but not the only step.

That was a short stay for TT. Not that most approachable person I have ever met

TM can handle it. Question is will the parents deal with it. Removing the daddy coaches will be the 1st step but not the only step.

The vast majority of the parents will take it ..
the problem is with the Board members and other "club officials". All those "volunteers" and club hard workers that show their true colors every time some gutsy coach shows up and don't pick their kids for the black team .. they are the first ones to leave the club.
So TM (or whoever else) takes over, he will need to clean that stuff once and for all .. that's on the girls side.

On the boys side .. hmm .. well the club president is running the show and gives the good example .. he is coaching his son's team!!! .. well, time will tell about him too, if his son is good enough for the academy then he'll stay if not, then we will be in the look for new president!!
