The only people we trust are the other parents. We are the ones keeping this thing together and at no thanks to any of you board members. That was so well said. Unfortunately I believe
it is to late to undo the damage. People have already
left the club, people are just waiting to leave
after the season because leaving now leaves them
no options. The damage is done , trust is gone it is just
a matter of time. Here is a thought for you. Look at the U13 girls
Situation. They put the new girls director to take over
one of the teams and why I hear and see is that Nader and Akram
have taken over training and coaching these two teams. My understanding
is that the girls director had it with the girls and parents and was replaced by the club.
