They don't have brackets anymore for Platinum, gold and silver.

It really stinks for some teams that are ranked 67 to be in the same bracket as a team thats ranked 5.

Why don't you ask the organizers that? I know for a fact the team asked several times to be placed in a higher bracket. But it's easier to just assume something and criticize.

Nothing to do with organizers here. This is a common theme, but really who cares. If thats what the parents and kids want then so be it. If you want to measure your progression and challenge yourself, then you do so against different levels of competition. Either way... who cares what Boynton does...

West Pines U11 Torres team did the same thing. They are playing division 1 in SFUYSA but signed up for 3rd division trying to trophy hunt.

Got their butts beat though. Playing down didn't work this time mr. Assistant coach.

Whatever, believe what you want. You just want to hate this club. As a matter of fact I have never spoken to this coach. Instead of making assumptions, contact the tournament organizer and ask them what happened.
