This team is not making any mass exit toward Brandon, fairly sure about that. Why would they break up a good thing and take a backseat at Brandon? Why would any Charger player for that matter? Look, you guys already have your ECNL team picked, regardless of tryouts. And as far as NPL...who really knows what the field will look like. For sure though, you guys need to add outside talent to both.

You dont play in State Cup because you would not be competitive and essentially that means you are 40th or worse as a team in the state. You didnt win region cup except for U15 which means at every other age at least 12 more teams are ahead of you. That puts you at best 52nd in the state. Think about that..there are 52 teams in every age group better then you. Your players cant even make their High School teams for cripes sake. Further, you dont have a single player represented on an ODP state team. Please tell me how that is possible? You have a larger rec program with more players then WFF and NO players on ODP State teams and no players on their High school teams? Its poor development and you will learn the hard way because yall have your heads in the sand

Bring the boys over and see what they have to offer, lets see if they can walk the walk. We welcome all comers as we want the best out there. But if you dont show...Shut the hell up !

Originally posted by Unregistered View PostCome on fool, the NPL rosters are oversized too. The CDL and USA teams at WFF are low level teams, c, d and e teams. So choices are be a starter for the ECNL team or travel several hours a week to play on the NPL team (equivalent) to any Local State Cup team. So if you are not a starter on the ECNL team at WFF, better to stay on the 'A' team where you are or if currently on WFF CDL or USA team move to another club. That is the truth.

If you have to drive to play NPL and you dont want to then play CDL and consider a switch at U13-U14 to an NPL team. FH offers none of that. If your player is NPL or CDL quality or higher He/she should be where He/she is challenged. NPL = IMG, WFF, TBU, CLWR. If your kid is not at NPL level get her to CDL level. If your kid is still picking flowers every so often or watching airplanes during the games then stay at FH. I say the same thing for the Dynamo. There is definitely a place for players that love soccer at FH but dont have any expectations of playing in college because it wont happen if you play your soccer there past U10.

Getting into a good college and playing soccer may take more leg work on the part of the player at some of the smaller clubs, but it does happen. Not all top players want to travel, not all top players want to swim, I mean play soccer at lake handled, this is what WFF parents don't get. WFF will never draw the best of the best.
