We have a home gym equip with weights and a treadmill. It is pretty easy to stay in shape.

D plays D1 and 4 times a week her whole team connects on Skype and is led by a Trainer on a ton of hardcore compound movement drills and core. She is drenched in sweat by the end and she still stays in touch with her team mates.

I tie mine to my back bumper and start driving. Road rash if they can't keep up 😉

I have the kids at Walmart, Sam's, and Costco fighting over toilet paper. Most days they come home so worn out, they past right out. I never realize fighting over toilet paper requires so much energy.

might loose the touch but since I don't believe in personal training. My son works on speed and is working out. Push ups, jump rope and sit ups.

              Working the body.

oh btw he is only u7

According to the poll I’m the top, the top 2 should return to soccer, the bottom two should not

This! Supporting my D to be ready. But conditioning is key too, mix in sprints with long runs. Keep encouraging the kids to do it.
