Anyone else being encouraged by their coach to get the team together and "unofficially train". I would love to but am fearful we will get caught and get arrested.

China is still not back to normal and they take your temperature when you return to your apartment complex, enter a grocery store, and if you leave the city you can’t come back. We aren’t even taking those measures yet we think we are so special that we can go on life as usual and not make any sacrifices and somehow we are going to get back to normal. Stupid. Stupid. Stupid. The more i hear stories like this and see kids on social media hanging out together, the more I’m convinced that all sports will be cancelled through the whole year. Not season. You bought the damn iPhone make them use the FaceTime feature and call it good. Be a parent. Take the damn keys. Do not let them out. That’s actually a false statement! In actually the more people who contract the virus the closer we are to normalcy. They want us to stay in place so we don’t overwhelm the hospitals all at once. In reality we won’t return to normalcy until there is a cure or the virus can no longer find a host. the cure is months if not years away. it’s inevitable that the majority of us will have the virus at some point in our lives.Comment

If we even tried to achieve this number, with the lack of proper medical equipment and PPE, we are looking at 2 million deaths. That number coming directly from Trump. WITH social distancing we are looking at 100,000-200,000 deaths (again Trump numbers).

So what you are saying is I am correct. I said we are closer to returning to normalcy once 60% of the population has come in contact with the virus or there is a cure. You yourself cannot deny this statement. You know what you are talking about. This make take years to achieve but it’s fact. I am 100% convinced that this will end in herd mentality at some point. It’s absolutely inevitable. The method that is in place right now saves lives right now, however, it isn’t sustainable. We are months if not years away from a viable vaccine and that is the only other route to return to normalcy. I’m curious if you don’t agree, what you hypothetical resolution and time frame is to this. Civilly speaking amongst intelligent adults.Comment
