Here are some facts. There are approximately 7 mm small businesses under 500 employees in the us that employ 70 million people. This program results in about 5k per employee. These business owners have huge losses. This is a spit in the bucket. This program is a small bandaid on a gushing wound. And how do you suggest they restart? That takes money. Business is not a light switch. It takes money to stop and start.
Here is a fact. The program is first come, first serve, so the longer you bitch about things you cannot control, the further down the pecking order you fall. I called my accountant this morning, yelled "Show me the money!!" and away we go. All hands on deck right now and every bit helps.
