They probably meant "classic" travel. Some of those town programs are premier-light; they charge more, have somewhat better coaching and compete in leagues that are mostly comprised of premier clubs (popup and well established ones).

Maybe past New Haven but there's no travel soccer in Fairfield County. Even if better players stay in town, Stamford, Greenwich, NC/Darien, Fairfield all play "Premier". No 1/2 decent youth soccer play will stay in town unless it's their 2nd or even 3rd sport.

Don't believe there are too many if any coaching changes, suppose it will all depend on how many teams and players there are.

I would imagine the full-time coaches at both clubs would still be around.

Chelsea Piers Shoreline will be playing in the EDP. DF said at a meet and greet last week that the club would be looking to pursue membership of the ECNL, this will be years away.
