Too big of a question.
Too many ages in boys and girls,
I’ll try...but I only know some of the teams
Overall best soccer town leagues?
East Prov, Lincoln for girls
East Prov, Portsmouth for boys
Bristol 3rd runner up, Warwick 4th
That’s overall,
Too tricky though.
Some towns like Tiverton and East Prov have a super strong soccer competitive culture.
But Portsmouth and Lincoln are getting better. Then there’s Cranston and Pawtucket which has some talent too!

All these predictions in both town or club is just dumb.
If you want to know the best town just look up the rankings.
How are the new clubs shaping up? Bait
Which town teams are the best? Bait
People who come here to create arguments.
We don’t even know if we are going to play soccer games this fall yet.

Seriously what a tough question. So many teams.
Overall though I would say from rankings and being around towns for both my kids... the order:
Hands down East Prov wins across the board because their kids LOVE soccer and they have Bayside and many awesome volunteer coaches. Great organization and I say this coming from Barrington.
Girls:
1. East Providence
2. Portsmouth
3. Warwick
4. N Prov
Boys:
1. East Prov
2. Pawtucket
3. Warwick
4. Tiverton

I'm assuming this is Youth soccer.

Agree with the earlier poster on youth:
Girls: East Providence and Portsmouth best quality programs in the state for both boys and girls youth town teams.
But something goes sideways in high school.
Boys: Cranston and Toll Gate best boys
Girls: Tiverton and Warwick best girls.

How are your town teams looking?
Hoping for a season.
Best Town and Why:
Well, I would have said Tiverton because they had good girls high school team, but from talking to friends they have nothing coming up for the girls side years ages 2010, 2009, 2008.. not much coming up. So for girls I would lean towards East Providence for the older girls, Warwick and Portsmouth for the younger girls based strictly on what I am seeing through where the club players are from and town development.
Boys: East Providence all of the best boys come from there!
BTW I am not a coach or parent of East Providence but the connections that town has with amazing coaching, and Bayside, Revs... puts their boys on top.
