Wonder if all of this has anything to do with the e-mail they sent out this AM:
"GPS families and staff,
Hello we trust this finds you and your families all well.
In the past 48 hours we have been informed by Back River Sports Complex that our allocated hours have been revised for the return to training period begiining June 15th. Naturally this has left us in a reactionary position and with the need to re-visit the entire schedule with coaches we need to delay the return to training for 1 week until June 22nd.
We apologize for this and appreciate that this is dissapointing, but rather than sending a schedule out without appropriate attention we feel this is the best approach.
Your GPS NH Staff"

I don't see it as being anything but status quo for Southern NH in the big picture.

Not sure who you mean by "we're", as you certainly don't sound associated with either. GPS-NH as we know it is gone, and has been for a while now. They were an orphaned club without a home.

It's official:
http://seacoastunited.com/about/news/seacoast-united-nh-bedford
HAMPTON, NH – Seacoast United Sports Club (SUSC) is proud to announce that it will be expanding its soccer footprint in New Hampshire for the 2020-21 season. The club will create a new region out of Bedford, NH which will provide opportunities for players primarily from Hillsborough, Rockingham, Cheshire and Merrimack counties with both elite pathways and local developmental teams.
Paul Willis: "...I’m delighted to welcome John Price as Director of Coaching, along with Lenny Webb as Director of Operations and they will work closely with Iain Scott, Peter Decker, Chris Scott, myself and the entire Seacoast United team”.

Long term? I can see some consolidation but that's from an outsider's perspective.

Originally posted by Unregistered View PostRight. They are a destination club. Whether you, as an individual, desire your destination elsewhere, that is fine. But, they a conglomerate of clubs that service a large geographical area that provide access to the highest levels, for both boys and girls, within that footprint. Of course, some choose to go outside that footprint for what they view as a better experience, and that is perfectly fine. But, that doesn't change what they are.
