No, that means they will not meet the requirements for either MLS Elite or ECNL. They are suppose to put their TOP TEAMS in each of leagues. My guess is ECNL is getting their second team which is going to cause a major rift between OCYS and ECNL.

The da teams last year will be the mls elite teams. Ecnl teams aren’t changing. It won’t be a big deal.

Sort of...OCYS got some MLS Elite teams because OCSC did not want all age groups. If OCSC agreed to all age groups, thats where the MLS teams would be.

Who will run these teams? Not the OCDA goon squad from south Florida I hope, they will just try to sleep with all the moms and they will try hard but just like they lack soccer knowledge, they also lack soccer intellect and coaching skills.
