FYSA Super Secret Meeting

FYSA BOD was going to have a super secret meeting last Tuesday to decide which clubs would be allowed to join the FYSA. Results are not posted on the webpage. Did the meeting happen? Does anyone know the results?

Central Florida Soccer Club

Naji and Central Florida Soccer club deserve to be part of FYSA. He is a good man who just wants what is best for the kids.

FYSA sure has a ridiculous take on things. Big clubs like Rush and FKK have shifted 2/3 of their spend over to other associations. Seems to me FYSA should have figured this out years ago as they are yesterday's news.

I think the FYSA has the right man leading the way with the new president. At least his heart is in the right place. Now he just needs to learn how to run a meeting and lead the board in the right direction.

Give him some time and maybe he can right the ship.

It doesn't matter if R9 has any good teams or not. Every kid should be allowed to play somewhere. FYSA is not a league but an organizing body.

and FYSA documents say membership is open to any amateur club. The scum bags added in 15 mile protection for their membership afterwards and it is against their bylaws.

The reason this type of discussion is occurring is because FYSA sat on their hands while US Club was evolving and expanding. Now, it’s too late and yes, they will happily open their approval doors with a much more lenient criteria. Doesn’t matter at this point. FYSA is old news and has been replaced and outdone.

Their documents have always read that membership in FYSA is open to all amateur clubs. They put all the bull**** in to protect the boys who were raking in money due to limited amounts of clubs. Good riddance to FYSA..... Totally irrelevant now

One board member said he couldn't speak his mind about prospective clubs in open session. That's why they wanted to discuss and vote on them in Executive session so no one knows who is bad mouthing who.
