Also meant to respond to the person that Braintree wouldn't be any good next year. A lot of it will depend on how they will mature from one year to the next and there really isn't anyway to tell. The fact that all of those juniors are getting varsity experience will certainly help them next year. I will predict they make the tournament next year.

If you want to Bet on a legit team to get good next year that was young this year, that will be Weymouth who had two 1st team league all stars as Juniors and a Honorable mention. They also started sophomores and juniors who play consistently at the NPL/ECNL levels at a Bolts, Valeo, and Liverpool. If anything they’ll play and develop at a much faster rate than Braintree’s team who play at a much lower level.

Weymouth was garbage this year. Parked the bus and prayed for ties. Do not tell me the players have skill because you are just fooling yourself.

They all play for the lowly CFC program which is and was a mediocre Maple Program.

Just a question how did Weymouth do this year against Braintree?
I think Braintree beat them once. why do you think the Weymouth kids will develop at a fast rate? Just because they play for these clubs doesn't mean they will get better.

So far, it appears Dual County is the #1 league in Eastern Mass. It's up for debate however, considering the Bay State teams were knocking each other out, but early. A-B's run, L-S in the north finals and beating Newton North, Concord Carlisle dominate and Wayland in D-3, although it doesn't carry as much weight as a D-1 or D-2 run. And Newton South, a team that missed out, were playing some of the top teams in the Bay State fairly competitively.
Middlesex a bit of a disappointment.
