You think he's being difficult about giving releases, just wait til you realize the awful training at TB and the prehistoric views on development of the boys' side DOC (he knows absolutely everything there is about developing players and everyone else knows nothing as he'll tell you over and over again, despite not having placed anyone on a YNT or pro team) everything there and ask for your release. You are completely wrong. Team Boca boys is at a great place right now with great coaching and development. I will back my statement by telling you that every single age group made round of 16 (not many other clubs can say that). My son plays U-14 and the DOC is our coach as well. He is phenomenal and boys love him. We are hoping to make a deep run in state cup this year. We highly recommend the club and we came over from another club. We couldn't be happier.

Easy solution. Get together a group of rational parents, write a letter outlining your thoughts and concerns; send the letter to the city Council and request a meeting with parks and recreation. One guy should not hold hostage a community program of that size for so many years. They will pressure him to make positive changes or they will throw him out.

yes this would be the best and most effective corrective action. City Manager and Parks& Rec Mgr. need to be alerted to this major issue boiling over
