Since ECNL doesn't really start until U-14---essentially everything UNDER U-14 are 'pre ECNL'. But, Tom with his rather LARGE ego---he's calling even his U12's "pre ECNL"---it's almost an oxymoron.......everything under the actual ECNL teams are theoretically 'pre ECNL'----

Whatever he wants to do or call them, it's his club, his deal....
His wife says Pre all the time. But not ECNL.

FC Portlands pre Encl team 01 was a disaster. They were mid pack OYSA. 4th place. Are they going to hold them back? If you're 4th OYSA will Encl be easier?

Poor CU. The truth always hurts.

ECNL will be easier. There are a couple of patsy teams in league and CU.

                It's just marketing.

But it's better marketing than the Timbers Alliance / Thorns Academy is doing. Nobody wants to be associated with those turds.

Are the Pre-ECNL teams for CU as bad as the real ECNL teams?

Yes, but they can still thump the Timbers Alliance teams without even trying.

                        Silly.

I heard the Timbers will be adding Pre-Academy to their youth programs this year.

So the future in ECNL is really bleak for them. CU is in a real tail spin.

That's a low bar, but yes.
