Its ok, there is no "hood" around FP. The original poster couldn't afford to leave within 10 miles of the Starkey Ranch fields.

Starkey Ranch is a bunch of starter homes. You must be referring to the FPFC coaches/drywall hangers.

If you fart your neighbor can hear it in Starkey. Can you get town houses or houses any closer to each other. Great starter community though. Maybe you will get some good equity in 30 years. SMH
