Our child plays for Surf and we are very unhappy with how the club has treated safety during COVID. Surf doesn’t seem to have an outdoor field so the teams have been practicing on indoor fields since the fall. And the coaches don’t wear masks properly or make the players wear them properly. Is every club experiencing this or is it just Surf? If feels very poorly run.

Our kid played town and club this fall. Must say all clubs including Bayside were very careful and following regs. Bayside was very cautious. The only team that showed up without masks was Mach 1. The coaches had an attitude when our coach demanded masks to be worn during the game.

Covid-shmovid. Don't need stupid masks. Just play soccer. We at Mach 1 don't worry about trivial things like masks. We are to busy working on dominating the world.

Bayside wears masks. So do your false reporting. Over the summer none of us had to wear masks except coaches. The only team who did not wear masks that we went up against was Mach 1. Bayside kids, parents and coaches all being safe.
No idea about Surf. Heard nothing about masks just complaints about roster size, and too much travel to CT. But no issues w Covid safety.

SURF has stable groups . Baysidfc has very unstable groups.
