    People are going to jail:
    https://www.breitbart.com/clips/2020...p-of-the-list/

This is how the deep state works.
Individual, stupid, corrupt bureaucrats deep in the bowels one at a time.
They make decisions based on ideology and twisted party loyalty.
And they never go to jail because this is the way the establishment works.

    All that is changing.
America voted for a new way of conducting business.
Get ready for some fireworks in the months to come - finally we will see them locked up.
And at the same time we get vindication for the false persecutions during the Russia Hoax.

How could any Libtard look themselves in the mirror after that fiasco? Simple, they know they are liars and crooks, but they think their "noble" ends justify the means. The mindset of children that think "cookie good, whatever it takes to get it therefore ok".

“Putting aside the obvious Barr politics behind the breathless release of the so-called ‘smoking gun’ memos in the General Flynn matter, the objective case law shows that guilty pleas are rarely vacated. The General signed a fulsome statement of facts—and the judge accepted his admission—at the guilty plea hearing,” Rossi said. “Moreover, the Supreme Court has expressly approved the tactic of withholding evidence from—and even lying to—a criminal who has committed a crime during an investigative interview."

Bottom line: Once again, pro-Trump BS is blown up by the facts.

Shocking how mentally retarded half of the country is.

Poll: 53% of American Voters Still Believe Fake News that Steele ‘Pee’ Dossier Was Accurate

        https://www.breitbart.com/the-media/...r-is-accurate/

"Newly-declassified footnotes from the report show that the FBI also knew that the Steele Dossier relied on disinformation from Russian sources — meaning the FBI itself may have helped Russia interfere in the election."

        This shows that:

        a) roughly half of the country belongs to a kool-aid drinking Marxist cult, no different than Jim Jones (who was also a Marxist).

        b) polls over-sample liberals and because the difference between red and blue is so small, they are therefore always misleading (yet that doesnt stop the liberal media from using them as propaganda to support their leftism).

        c) it was the Clinton campaign that did the actual Russia Collusion, and the swamp/DNC projected this shocking collusion with an adversary to manipulate a US election upon Trump in order to "Resist" (but its all unraveling now - fasten your seat belts folks - just in time for November 2020 - the truth always sets free).

So you're dropping the Flynn BS and you're on to the next Russian Troll talking point? Good, I accept your surrender on Flynn. That was pretty weak, you have to admit.

If these tactics are routine, why were so many FBI agents fired? Why was McCabe found guilty of lying to investigators? Doesn’t sound too routine to me.

Comey and McCabe were fired by Trump as political retribution. Nobody with a functioning brain can deny that.

He wasn't. Trump wanted him indicted but a grand jury could find no basis for it. Given the common saying that "a grand jury can indict a ham sandwich", that's saying something.

Yep, sounds all routine to me! Glad we’re now just getting a glimpse into what really happened. This will be fun to watch. And to think you morons think Trump is above the law. More justification for Flynn.

                From the Horowitz report:

“In 2016, McCabe, who is now a paid CNN contributor, leaked sensitive details of the bureau’s investigation of the Clinton Foundation to the press. He then misled members of the FBI’s Inspection Division when they interviewed him about the leaks, according to a February 2018 Justice Department inspector general report. McCabe provided investigators with four misleading statements, three of which were while he was under oath.”

“ Giving false statements to federal investigators is a crime. In fact, it is the same crime for which the Justice Department went after President Trump's disgraced former national security adviser, Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn. He should have worked for the FBI.”

The inspector general report alleges that McCabe also misled agents of the Office of the Inspector General as well as then-FBI Director James Comey.

“Moreover, Horowitz added, his actions were “designed to advance his personal interests at the expense of Department leadership [and] violated the FBI’s and the Department’s media policy and constituted misconduct.”

"Nothing to see here with the new Flynn set-up revelations, everyone go home"
"Investigating the Wuhan lab as virus origin is xenophobia"

Whats "laughable" (Weismann's term) is that Mueller had a whole team of Libtards like this and they still couldnt make any of their fake accusations stick to Trump. The one victory they achieved - Flynn - is now being unraveled as the fakery it was.

Democrats not only are sick, they are stupid and incompetent.

Oops! Google is a wonder thing. 15 seconds to show you’re just another political hack! Maybe if you actually read the 476 page report you’d know the truth about McCabe and not what CNN tells you. Wanna try again? There are literally 100 sources on google that says the same.

“Lack of candor is untruthfulness or an attempt to dissemble from the point of view of the investigator,” said Dave Gomez, a former FBI agent and a senior fellow at George Washington University’s Center for Cyber and Homeland Security. “The problem comes when, in answering a question, the person under investigation attempts to spin his answer in order to present his actions in the best possible light.

“On Friday, April 13, the Department of Justice’s Office of the Inspector General (OIG) released a report on the allegations related to McCabe, concluding that he “lacked candor, including under oath, on multiple occasions in connection with describing his role in connection with a disclosure to the [Wall Street Journal]” in violation of FBI policy, and that his “disclosure of the existence of an ongoing investigation in the manner described in this report violated the FBI’s and the Department’s media policy and constituted misconduct.” The report makes no comment on whether McCabe's dismissal was justified.”

“The Justice Department Inspector General alleges in a damaging report made public Friday that former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe inappropriately authorized the disclosure of sensitive information to a reporter and then misled investigators and former FBI Director James B. Comey about it on several occasions.”

The report from Inspector General Michael Horowitz is remarkable for its level of detail, casting McCabe as a man who repeatedly lied to investigators and his own boss about his role in a disclosure of information, even while he lashed out at others who he thought might be responsible for leaks. - Washington Post

The inspector general report was unsparing in its assessment of Mr. McCabe. The review accused Mr. McCabe of lacking candor when he spoke to Mr. Comey shortly after the October 2016 article was published, when he spoke with F.B.I. investigators and then in two conversations with investigators for the inspector general. - NEW YORK TIMES
                      OIG REPORT:

The OIG report begins with a summary of the statutes and policies relevant to the activities detailed in the report. It identifies two “lack of candor” offenses in FBI disciplinary policy, “Lack of Candor - No Oath,” (Offense Code 2.5) and “Lack of Candor - Under Oath” (Offense Code 2.6). The former prohibits knowingly providing false information to Bureau superiors or another government agency when “questioned about ... conduct or the conduct of another person.” The latter prohibits “[k]nowingly providing false information in a verbal or written statement made under oath.” Both offenses include not just lying but also “misrepresentations, the failure to be fully forthright, or the concealment or omission of a material fact.”

According to the report, in that interview, McCabe “falsely told the agents that he had not authorized the disclosure to the WSJ and did not know who did.”

Trump desperately wanted for McCabe to be indicted, but a grand jury was unable to come up with any basis for an indictment. Your statement that he was found guilty is a blatant lie.

McCabe lied to investigators hence the reason he was fired. Trump didn’t fire him the FBI did for violating their own standards. If he did nothing wrong, he wouldn’t be working at CNN. Sorry that bothers you.

He was a dishonest cop! You know it too. The FBI recommended his firing

"When Attorney General Jeff Sessions fired former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe last week, just hours short of McCabe’s retirement, he cited an internal FBI investigation that concluded McCabe “lacked candor” in his conversations with investigators when asked about disclosures to the media during the 2016 election."

"According to former FBI officials, the obligation of bureau employees—agents or otherwise—to have candor in performance of their duties comes from the need for FBI officials to represent the federal government in legal proceedings, act as witnesses in trials, and manage informants. Under the FBI’s standard, candor is not simply telling the truth—it confers an obligation to disclose relevant information even if an investigator has not directly asked about it. The standards are strict—one former FBI official estimated 20 to 30 bureau employees were dismissed annually for matters of candor. "

“If you have a candor violation, that is treated much more severely than other things that might be more serious, like a DUI,” said Clint Watts, a former FBI agent and a fellow at the Foreign Policy Research Institute. “You have to be able to back up your statements, and if you don’t have good candor, you can’t go jamming people up for lying to federal agents.”

Former FBI and Justice Department officials I spoke to stressed the professionalism of the officials in charge of the Office of the Inspector General and the Office of Professional Responsibility, whose recommendations Sessions said he was following when he fired McCabe.
