Youth soccer and soccer is a sport beloved by females, gay women, immigrants, educated suburban soccer mom's, and even Muslims. Not exactly Trump's demographic. There are no votes for him in soccer so he could not care less about it. -

He might be the one person with the guts to create incentives for mls teams to develop American players. Put in a rule like 65% of your roster has to be American and you’ll see things change quickly at the youth level.Comment
