I believe DA parents are asking for HS soccer and US Soccer is not listening, that is one big reason why DA is failing. Pretty simple really.

Except for DA is not failing, and while some parents and kids in DA want HS, most understand why it is not allowed and are fine with it, and even support it. For those that don’t, they can choose another option.
