Good point and as someone pointed out earlier there was a lot of parity in this group before state cup.

CFC - probably will stay the same?
    ETFC - maybe will improve?
Rogue Valley - lost a key player to academy. No one to replace her down there?
CU - lost a player to ECNL. Will that matter?
FCP - lost a few to ECNL. Will that matter?
PCU - should be in premier. They tied Bend and beat Eastside in state cup.
Bend - can they get any better in such a small geographical area?
Vancouver - always seem to find a way to be in the mix.
Eastside - complete and utter failure. Nowhere to go but up...but they are so far down it's hard to imagine them being competitive unless some of their former players come back from ECNL (not likely).

2001 is actually a competitive age group in OYSA. Makes it nice for everyone.

We'll see how tryouts shake out this week.

FC Portland ECNL 2001 is ok but not great. They would be mid-pack OYSA but probably better than 4th place from 2015.

And what about the 00's? No Eugene? Salmon Creek and Westside lost a few to GDA? FCP lost a few to ECNL? Who's going to sneak out of nowhere and win this bracket?

Eugene doesn't have hs tryouts until August/Nov. Is every other club trying out this week?

Eugene '01 will not change much until winter due to ETFC's August tryouts; there are 7 '01's on the '00 team, will be interesting to see what they decide to do and what comes of the '00 team.

Why would Eugene wait til August to do tryouts? If their 00 team has really imploded, what will those players do all summer? Won't the 00 players from that team want to move on to their future teams? And wouldn't the 01 coach want to start working with the 01 players from that team as soon as possible? I'm confused. Are you sure they aren't trying out til August?

All good questions but Eugene tryouts for u15-u19 aren't until
                    August.
