African Americans aare the best athletes in the world. They prefer football, basketball and track events less than 800 meters.

    Facts -
The greatest basketball players Micahel Jordan is AA
The greatest golfer, Tiger Woods is part AA
    The greatest sprinters are AA
America's best soccer player, Mallory Pugh is half AA

One America's best soccer players Altidore is AA. Imagine is every AA played soccer. Bradley, Dempsey and Donovan wpuld not exist.

80-90% of the NBA is AA.

Yes I'll give you MJ. Sprinters? Ok. Tiger Woods? Meh. I'll take Jack Nicklaus and a few others before Tiger. Mallory Pugh? Who's that? And half AA? What's the other half? Altidore? Laughable.

Not to mention you cherry picked everything to try and make your point. Very poorly I might add. You call out sprinters. Why not long distance? Why not Ronaldo? Why not Messi? What about hockey players? The list goes on and on.

Yeah I see where you are going and believe it is true to a point. But I think socioeconomic's plays a role here also. Spoiled AA kids can sucks as bad as the rest of us. And often the kids that are singularly focused on there craft at a young age become phenoms as young adults. Whether that is a rare focused suburban kid with great natural born athletic prowess, which is a rare combination because of the focus side, or an AA kid with very little options other than a field and/or a court and a ball. A lot more poor AA kids with little options then there is hugely athletic singularly focused suburban kids. IMHO sports are beautiful for the options it can give and roads it may open. Who really cares what color or creed someone is or isn't. When you see someone play a game at a high level love it like you would fine art because sports like art usually has a backstory.

Be sure to understand that Soccer has excellent athletes just not the best...as the financial pathway leads most everyone to either football or hoops. Soccer moms and dads can stamp their feet and huff and moan about the athletism in the beautiful game , but if your kid is in soccer...AND he is also an amazing athlete he is likely to leave soccer and if he stays he is a rare exception. Soccer is like your fallback safety school you pick when you really wanna go to Harvard. It is the Arizona State of sports.

So players in the NBA and NFL make more money than players in Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1? Maybe, as I don't know the facts. But I doubt that it's too large of a difference.

Your viewpoint is shallow, limited to your small world rather than a large global perspective. Soccer is the most popular sport in the world.

Yes but we live in America where most pro soccer players play for free road trips and snacks. In the USA men's soccer doesn't have a buzz yet. Hope it changes.

Maybe it's small mindedness like yours that is preventing us from becoming better on the world stage. Nearly 40% of the NBA are now foreign born players. Why can't we dream the same of being a large percentage in Europe for soccer?

I wonder whether you need to review the difference between facts and opinions. I believe that's part of the 2nd grade curriculum.

Yeah. When your dumb kid is playing in a Spanish Academy or the UK or Brazil...come talk to me. We are discussing youth sports in the US. If it's popular outside the US who cares? US soccer is weak. Youth soccer in the US is weak. Your kid is weak. Idiot.

At the start of the season, there were 100 foreign players on NBA rosters, out of a total of 450. While nothing to sneeze at, not 40%.
