If you have a child that is serious about soccer and plays at a club with only one or two quality coaches you are failing your child.
If you are at a club where one coach coaches a team for more than 3 consecutive years in a row (probably because the club doesn't have enough quality staff) then you are failing your child.
If your child plays for a club that does not train together in the same location so your child can have the opportunity to train with other teams in your club on a consistent basis...you are failing your child.
If your child plays for a club that does not own the correct sized equipment for the different ages that he/she plays then you're failing your child.

What club(s) train all their players at the same location year round?

Westside does also. Except they have 10-12 teams on one field.

These clubs actually inter mix teams?
Our club practices at one location when the grass is useable but in the winter and spring teams are all spread out where ever they can find turf. And teams don't intermix at all.

My DD is on the top team at her club in the age bracket, so we really don't want the teams to mix. There is a possibility that some of the kids on the second team are better than kids on the first team and might replace them (not my DD of course because we do private training with the coach).
