Inter will get there. Good people are running it who care about kids and want be a success. Rush falling apart will definitely help them. BS is losing players to them also. Inter is a solid choice for kids that are > travel quality but less than ECNL or MLS. There's plenty of those players around.

Inter is the go to club for players who can’t make a Beachside roster for boys and CFC roster on girls. Rush was on their way to being that club until they got thrown out of Wilton. Marty and Leon have great reputations and families trust them. Can’t say the same for Rush. The fact that many families will be leaving Soccerviza for Inter FC has to be a kick in the teeth for Rush.

If you have a GK Inter is the place to be - Leon and Marty are great GK trainers. Super nice guys too.

Marty and Leon have done a great job stabilizing this club. They have built strong relationships within the local communities. They have created a great option for players who can’t make the top teams in Fairfield County. Clubs like Yankee, Revolution and Rush will probably be gone within 1 or 2 years.

You just described all the clubs in Fairfield County not named Beachside or CFC. Inter is the best club of all the midtiers. Revolution, Rush, Yankee, Soccerviza....Marty and Leon are doing a great job. Only club better than them is Chelsea Piers who is now best club in Fairfield County outside of MLS or ECNL. The combination of Soccerviza and Rush just brings together two failing clubs. Only Yankee has a better chance of disappearing faster.

and there's some kids at BS who shouldn't be but BS will take them with a nice big check. I'd add up north AC CT is doing a nice job. Geographically it doesn't compete much with Inter but they'll pick up Rush players also because Rush was kind of in the middle of both.
