We just got a new coach before early season and now he is away for 2 weeks.

Same here, but we are now losing every game by more than 5 with nearly the same group of players. after having a respectable season last year.

When people get a new coach (or club hop) and experience the same problems...the problem probably isn't the coach or the club.

Sometimes that is definitely true. But some clubs also just hire crap coaches over and over again.
