Wow! You are seriously obsessed with Armada aren’t you there jealous boy? This was literally just posted. Get a life! Gavin is one of the big reasons the new small group training exists. Now, all Armada coaches can sign up to cover sessions and make a little extra $, and the kids are able to get small group sessions for a better rate than some of these “private trainers” charge. Brilliant idea, thank you very much!

Good deal for the Executive Director? C'mon man! Another scheme from the club. Gavin ran training for $20 a pop! Armada kicked him out. Armada wasn't doing any training for the kids properly. Now, they want a piece of the pie! There is nothing like getting paid $250(what a joke) a month to train kids and have the same club hinder the extra training you provide as a service. Why don't they get a daddy coach to train for free and put him on the board? Slim Shade all over this club! Shame on you Armada!

There is a whole lot more to the story than what you are providing here my friend. The club has absolutely done what was needed in the best interest of the players, the other Armada coaches, and lastly the club as a whole. The only thing shady going on was what the previous arrangements, or lack thereof were.

I personally would like to see every club offer small group clinics every night and on weekends that players can tap into when they don't have a regular practice and have extra time to work on skills in a small group where skills can be fine tuned more.

So, those parents should watch some YouTube videos on some quality drills, and help their kid get in the extra work for free! When someone that has put time and money into their career provides a service, it costs $ to those that are benefitting from the service. How many lawn companies are stopping by your house begging to maintain your lawn for free out of the goodness of their heart? That’s what I thought. Stop bitching and learn how to help your kid. They will get a lot more out of that than just extra soccer training!!!
