    Are you retarded!?

FESA board meetings are closed to the public
FESA board meetings are closed to club members
FESA board elections are a scam
There are no elections, just a big circle jerk Bardem Bubb and Mail.

Do you think they would go through all this trouble to be dispossessed of their control over the club if it weren't already cooked into the plan.

There is no board at FESA. It's a business....get over it!

Creeks was set up as a nonprofit club with an elected board, open meetings, and did the status change to for profit?

There is a concept in Florida with respect to governance affecting community interest. It is called "Sunshine". In some cases, the law mandates such board meetings be held in the "sunshine" meaning full public access. Let's just say FESAs meetings are very dark. They like it that way. And yes, Creeks used to fully disclose time and place of its board meetings. FESA......... clearly not. Dark is better when avoiding public scrutiny and scamming.

If you want to find out what is seriously going on with FESA, don't bother with Board meetings. Just go to their facebook page with lots of fun stuff like C team wins and travel dinners. Oh. And also their USL tryouts that goes on forever as they charge those trying out a fee.

Please have a 15 to 20 minute open question period for parents and players to ask questions. This isn’t one way rah rah for little five year olds to answer where he wants to play in college or to do the FESA Tottenham cheers, but be mature and answer questions. Instead of a slide show of pictures with little ones running around in volt show a quality presentation with visuals of the new uniforms, progress of club in stats,..

Mandatory pep rally time! Save those tough questions at the end for Bubb so he can avoid answering them and have you removed and kid relegated to D team.

                  Here is a good one:

Question: Of all the kids playing youth FESA ball, what % do you think will ever play or give a shiote about USL?

Bubb answer: blah, blah, blah, what is your name and what team does you kid play for??

Then when then finally disclose the USL roster, if they ever do, see how many played much at FESA as a youth. Promise won't be many and possible a few tokens to say they did.

Then when and if USL team ever starts playing matches (coached by Bubb), notice how much they lose. A lot like FE$A ECNL.

If you are willing publicly disclose the time and place of said meeting to all FESAs and on website, I promise to wear full body condom and attend. OK?

As a long time FESA parent, the Board notice should also encourage members to attend and bring suggestions on how the club could be run better. That will encourage turnout and a lot of good feedback. If Bubb is not there in person, you may even get some hard honesty, if you are willing to take it.

The board (some) would not have any issue with parents attending the meetings

Is this how FESA gets away with saying it has open meetings for its members by hosting a Town Hall meeting where only Bubb talks?

Call it the Florida Elite Spring Soccer Membership Meeting. It is time for the lame Town Hall concept to go as FESA is bigger than a town.
