So we confirmed that I am a Mass#ole (100%) and that Ivy is relevant to the conversation. We still don't know if your D is playing DA or ECNL in another region that plays in Fall (e.g. SE, MW, etc.). We also don't know what recruiting class she's in, but its not too late for any of them. 2020s are fully committed but there is always admissions risk with Likely Letters going out now, 21s will finalize through fall, and 22s + are open. Has she reached out to the college coach? Is her AI strong enough? Has she signed up for their fall camp?

There is no issue with a coach recruiting 2 girls from the same club. Someone went and got theirs, stop worrying about being spot-blocked and go get yours.

Hard to tell some are playing really tough OOC teams and some are not. Beating your chest about OOC when you play cupcakes isn't getting you ready for league play.

Harvard vs Penn 2-0 Harvard
Columbia vs Cornell 1-0 Columbia

All 4 are 1-0. The winners will be in the drivers seat for the league title. With only 8 games to play in the Ivy League starting 2-0 is very important.

At some point, the Ivy's need to incorporate the tourney system for their leagues too and will have to start their seasons at the same time as the rest of DI. Like most conferences, there are power schools in the Ivy league (some of the most $$$) and Princeton/Penn are in the top that influence the rest.

I understand PAC 12 not having conference tourney because of it's size. But the Ivy's are no were near the same size.

Cornell at Penn - Battle for 7th and 8th this year Penn 1-0
Harvard at Yale - Winner in the drivers seat at 2-0. Harvard 2-0
Brown at Columbia - Brown too much for Columbia. 3-0 Brown.

It would be great if there was a conference tournament. Top 5 playing off at the end of the year will be a true test.

Harvard, Brown and Princeton are class of the Ivy League. Yale was up there but choked at home. Harvard will be 3-0 after beating Cornell going into their battle with Brown while Brown has to play Princeton next week.

Brown plays at Harvard. Winner is in the drivers seat for sure. Brown is #7 in the RPI so they have a good shot even if they lose to Harvard and finish with 6-1 Ivy record. But they can’t slip up twice and expect to get in. They have Merrimack, Vermont and Cornell who will drop their RPI even with wins.
