Can't make your local MLS DA team much less Europe, come on.

It's great PR for the club, even if nothing becomes of it. Few US parents understand what that means and how many levels there are within European soccer, or even within any one pro club.

because it is pure PR. it's not bad to send a kid to a juventus work-out/experience. that sounds like fun for the kid. it is misleading to suggest the tryout is anything other than a 1 or 2 week camp.

Maybe better than all the kids that made the MLS DA but not picked due to politics and friendships. Juventus is much better than MLS DA as well.

Stop this nonsense. Juventus is not better than MLS DA. if you want to say it's a great program for kids to play at a decent level while focusing on school fine I accept it. Much better than many other options in miami-dade. But it's nowhere close to MLS DA. most of juve top teams are about weston black level. Not MLS Da which is a level ABOVE weston DA.

Ha Ha Ha...we'll see soon enough if Inter's level is above Weston's...:-)

I think the answer to your question lies with the price tag... generally if a Euro club actually wants to see a player that player wont have to cough up thousands for the opportunity to "train" with them.

I think juventus is great for little kids. They train and teach well. There is no substitute for hard work and technical ability. Once kids are 16 the cream always rises to the top no matter where u are. That’s with everything.

Another juventus scam? Dear lord. Last year they did the same thing and the kids all came home without contracts. Surprise! Besides the fact that they were all 14 years old which is against fifa regulations and would cost the team millions in fines if the boys were selected, it sounded like a good plan. These parents need to come down to earth.
