        dont get it

The ECNL and US DA academy team will not play each other in a league setting, right?

Maybe the ENCL reserves will play OYSA

Thorns Academy has a u19 00/01 team and a u17 02/03 team. The 00/01 team would be #1 or #2. The 02/03 team wouldn’t even make the above list. Cfc01s have beaten Washington Timbers 2002s every time the last several years so why would Cfc be below them?

I think FC Portland ECNL 2001 should probably be above Crossfire B team??

              1) Last year all the better 01 teams played u19 and u18 was a 3rd division kind of conference. This year the reverse is true. U18 is the place to be with all the top 01 and 02 teams. U19 is left with only Copa and Medford to mop up the dregs. Underdog Medford has the motivation edge but Copa has the new player edge.

              2) Vancouver02 will have more competition this year in league but this will only make them stronger. Salem01 leads the strong pack in u18 and will beat Vancouver02 and gps03s in league. No matter, Salem01, Vancouver02 and gps03 each will play in their own age group come cup time. Hand each one the state trophy now.

              3)Pacific01 stayed 01 and will play in u18 div1

4)Westside02 will have a challenge in u18 but will be better for it. Beat Vancouver02s in league last year so don’t count them out. Westside00 is the favorite in weak u19 especially if picked up Eugene players from broken up eugene01 team. Westside manages to also have a Westside01 team playing div1. Must be doing something right to maintain so many older players.

              5) Eastside’s 01 & 02 will each have a team in the tough u18Premie and no team in u19. Eastside02 Thorns is making a comeback of sorts and will benefit from the challenges of this year’s u19Premier. Predict at least one upset from eastside02. All teams thank Eastside for upgraded facilities.

6)Fcp & crossfire quietly go about their business. Fcp02 will be lower mid pack in tough u18 and fc00 will be mid pack or higher in u19.
Crossfire01 have teams in u18premier and u18div1. No crossfire team in u19. The 01blue team will have losses but will be competitive in u18premier fired up after a tie v #1 Salem01 a week ago.
Thusc00 will play in the small u19 bracket this year after doing well in the small u18 bracket last year. Will they be able to compete with the likes of Copa and Medford?

7)Salem01 will play in the tougher u18 bracket this year and may have a few more stumbles like the recent tie with Crossfire. Is there trouble brewing in the MWV? Salem will prevail if they don’t implode like the Eugene01 team. Vancouver02 looks to overthrow Salem01 again in league.

8)Bend fields a combined 01 team. Several older standouts have graduated and Bend will struggle if they play u18premier. Bend01 would do best in much weaker u19premier bracket.
Medford will play u19 but hard for outlying clubs to do well at older ages with graduation taking a bigger toll on such small pools. Can Medford do as well as last year in u19?

9)Eugene01 what happened? Did the top defender defect to Westside? Eugene01 disappearing leaves Salem all alone in the 01 age group. It’s getting lonely at the top. The Eugene00 team is yet to be seen but the Eugene99 team was top shelf. Will Eugene00 be a sleeper pick now that they no longer have to be under Salem01s dominating foot? Westside00 beat Eugene99 for state champs last year. With no Salmon Creek00 team in u19, will Eugene00 be able to get pay back and book their trip to Boise or will Medford surprise and take the cup? Westside00 is still the favorite and could be bettered with Eugene players.

Welcome 02s back to the 01 madness. Back to before the birth year switch. Good to mix it up. Can’t wait for matches to start in January. May the odds be ever in your favor.
Many changes but same state cup winners for 2019:
              00 fcsc
              01 cfc
              02 ***c
              03 gps
              04 Eastside

The thorns have a 03/02 and a 01/00 group. The 03/02 would struggle.

Rumor has it Eastside will be a serious contender this year. Heard they recruited some top talent. That will be exciting if true.

If Eugene's 01's fell apart, how are they fielding a team in the Northwest National League? Is that their B team? I thought there were roster continuity rules.

FC Portland ECNL is better than the Crossfire B team. Swap those two.

After years of ridicule, it is now time to reveal the results of s-l-o-w c-o-o-k-i-n-g.

                        Development can’t be rushed.

Their team has not fallen apart. It’s the same roster as last year. They have increased the size of their roster and have added the 00’s from Athletica and Sol teams for Winter league.

This isn't true at all. I saw them in Vancouver a few weeks back. They were missing at least 5 starters including a few regional camp players. Barely had enough to field a team and it was a hot mess. I felt bad for the few halfway decent players they have left.

And I bet they're still the dirtiest team in the league !

Yah the dirty midfielder is still there. She got a yellow that should have been a red.
