I have trouble believing that they even have a final CO considering that, at least the last time I looked a couple of months ago, that the parking lot wasn't done, the lights weren't done, the buildings weren't done, etc.

This is what you get when you have a bunch of soccer trainers/coaches in the soccer business world. I'm betting a facility emergency action plan was not (and still is) not developed.
If the contractor knowingly blocked an entrance with equipment that's also on them.

"If"? and "knowingly"? fyi, a contractor is not doing jack sh-t unless he is directed to do so by the owner and he knows hes getting paid for it. it all falls back susa.

not to worry though, the susa insurance will cover the lawsuit.
However the premiums will be higher moving forward.

expect more tuition hikes in the summer.

And having unfortunately witnessed the entire thing that happened with this poor girl, I'd be shocked if SUSA doesn't get sued. Right now though, I'm just praying this young girl is going to be ok and make a full recovery. Prayers to her and her family.

You have to be a special kind of stupid to think it's ok to block an entrance/exit. That said yes they should have checked the area before letting in the public

who should have checked? the contractor? they were not working over the weekend.
Was the contractor working there on Friday or the week leading up to the event? answer is NO.

If there was an issue, the SUSA people should have alerted the contractor the day before to clear the area. (the SUSA people are there 7 days a week).

It all falls back on SUSA.

Absolutely, 100% on SUSA. The entrances were not blocked by construction equipment. Bottom line, the facility was in no way ready to host a tournament, let alone a showcase.

Maybe someone should notify the family of the injured girl about the facility's negligence. Sounds like it would make good conversation between an attorney and an insurance company.

Did it have a CO? If not then they're in real trouble,

insurance will cover what ever the aftermath.
the customers will pay the tuition hike for the raised insurance premiums.

SUSA had medical staff on site the whole weekend. Trainer was there within 2 minutes. SUSA tournament staff were there within the same time span and field marshall was there the whole time. Ambulance was there within 12 minutes. DPW drive is currently closed and under construction, there is no access to the facility that way. DPW drive is a town roadway. There is one main entrance to the facility, the Ambulance missed that and immediately turned round, it may have taken an extra 20 seconds to get there.

All entrances to fields for ambulances were clear. EMTs decided not to drive the ambulance on the field. EMTs did their job and managed to get the girl to hospital as soon as possible.

Now why would you say that? What can we speculate about now? Was Larry Miller there slashing tires?
                            C’mon, give us something.

100% false. There were a bunch of morons on telephones on the field offering ZERO help to the girl on the field. It was significantly longer before what you are calling the "trainer" arrived. Every parent there watched in horror at how SUSA handled this. As for the EMTs, you're out of your mind. They never put a neck collar on the girl despite the clear evidence of a head injury (her eye was the size of a baseball) and then instead of putting her on a back board, these idiots sat her up. When they did, her head literally flopped back, it was awful. But they weren't done screwing up, they then tried to stand her up despite the fact that she was completely unable to do so and then finally when they got her on the stretcher, her head was literally hanging off the side. You are the lowest piece of sh%$ for even trying to defend SUSA and/or the EMTs, both did EVERYTHING wrong.

You best hope there is video evidence to support this otherwise your post will be “tagged” and you will be found and contacted if there is a lawsuit.
Don’t get nervous but you might be an important part of this case.
