Again not saying the GA is a better league, just saying the talent on both teams as a whole are relatively equal in this case.

Likely because your kid did not have a great time there. PDA got the 2nd team as a negotiation to bail on the DA, and a 3rd team because they are PDA and with a few other clubs created the ECNL. Nothing to do with MFA who has a very good relationship with the ECNL.

ECNL holds them in very high regard for their support and will never be forgotten. That is why more successful clubs FCV and Tophat are on the outside looking in and ECNL is not forgiving to either.

How many Match Fit teams qualified to the "top 32 ECNL" in US - "the ECNL champions league" in the last 5 years. On top of that zero people in ECNL have any respect for Match Fit because they simply do not develop and do not have any facilities to develop. They constantly have to get GAL players from outside to stay competitive and just recruit, recruit and recruit.

There are 3 competitions at the end of the year:
1: Champions League
2: North American Cup
3: Showcase Cup
Match Fit teams make it into the bottom third consistently - the Showcase Cup. Which is also an oxymoron, because no self-respecting college coach goes to the Showcase Cup games.
