How about some positivity then? Name a couch, trainer, manager who you feel is doing a good job.

There is no good that would come from discussing positivity about anyone from a club with this crowd. It would be like giving Juveniles in the sand box candy.

Everyone gets a trophy in today’s parents fantasy world. Hey as long as they keep chasing the “dream” that’s all that matters.

Why? You could name a fantastic coach and someone will crap on your nomination. Plus people's options are limited to geography, budget, time constraints and their kids abilities/fit.

This site is generally a cesspool because it's anonymous. Lots of personal scores - parents, club v club, employees trashing former employers. If you want useful info ask people you actually know in real life.

Perspective? Don't take kids who don't belong and sell them the dream. It sucks for them and the ones that belong. As for managers, it's so little work and so many do it for their Childs benefit on the field. There should be no parent managers and teams should cap rosters at 16. Both problems solved.

Most coaches and trainers are self-important azzclowns. I try to deal with them as little as possible. It’s for the best.

Agreed. I would say 90% of them are db’s. A necessary annoyance if your daughter wants to play soccer though.

This is very well said. Needs to be said, also.

This is so true. They are coaching u littles. It’s not exactly Man United, although you would think so talking to these tools. Thank god none of them come on here to see what we really think of them.

Imagine what trainers, coaches, DOC’s really think of you parents. They can smell your stupidity and know it all attitude in the parking lot. I have seen many parents like you getting into the faces of these club coaches screaming and pointing at them as well as screaming across the field at them after games.
