    If you say so, Dan.

CSA took a huge dive when you left, without a doubt

Glad someone else has the ability to recognize. As for Wall I agree even today they are a better option than CSA. Better trainers and they actually care for the kids, you’re not just a number.

CSA has some half-decent coaches, but they choose to spend their days and nights on this message board rather than becoming better coaches or training their teams so the quality has certainly fallen off

He was never DOC at CSA. He was a volunteer president of Wall Soccer until he stole from them. Try to find someone from Wall who doesn't think he is a POS. You can ask the guys at Soccerpost and Atlantic Club why they fired him. Without Wayne G he would have been canning in front of KMart. When PSA completely drops him I am sure he will "retire" to spend time with his family. Wish he did that before my daughter got stuck playing for him. He was a terrible coach, but he was nice to the girls (so was her rec coach). Not worth a penny and he cannot coach for a damn. The girls made fun him of to his face about his poor coaching. He only cared about winning as he thinks that winning is reflection of how good a coach he is when he cheats to win.

You sir are a reflection of what’s wrong with youth soccer today, a bunch of entitled parents judging hard working and honest coaches. You think something should be handed (not earned) to you because your kid kicks a soccer ball. Disgusting.

I’m talking about youth soccer coaches in general, not the few bad apples from MFA, PSA etc that try to ruin it for everyone. But parents are the biggest issue, a bunch of crybabies that get all worked up because their little Suzy missed a meaningless tourney at CSA and can’t play soccer. Boohoo.

You have no idea what you're talking about. The little suzys you are talking about are high school kids who need to get out and play competitive soccer. You are completely blind to what these kids need.

#delusional take it from someone that’s been in the game a long time you don’t want to burn these kids out. The coaches have tons to experience with what’s called calibration if you have not heard the term before. We learning everyday hope the parents do to.

Good story. Maybe start a new thread with coaching and experience tips.

Burn out? These kids haven't played a game in months and can barely leave the house with all these b*llsh*t restrictions. Kids are more likely to quit the sport because they can't play than because they play too much. Amazing how out of touch these coaches are.

Absolutely thats why dropping the ball last weekend and not plowing the fields was terrible. And of course more snow now. These clubs just don’t get it.
