Definitely Arlington but not sure about FCV, that’s a 50/50.

There are already 4 ECNL and 3 GAs (FCV, Arlington, Metro) in NOVA.

If Arlington and FCV come in, that’s 5 ECNL clubs in a small geographical area. I’m not buying it unless ECNL is ready to boot at least one out.

FCV is 2 miles from Loudoun SC....who took their spot. That’s a conflict of interest.
