Rushed or non-existent autopsies that simply - especially if the person is old - say COVID. Now there might be some merit to saying the old person who died of a heart attack because they were in quarantine and didn't (or couldn't) get medical care due to COVID situation.

Example - my cousin in Mass died of fall last month. She lived alone (mid 60s). Police did an investigation and determined the fall was consistent with someone passing out and hitting their head/neck and suffocating. Her family told the police/medical examiner she had been feeling "ill" right before and actually was going to the doctors the next day. Bang - her death was noted as an accident due to COVID related/induced fall. I'm pretty sure she's counted as COVID death stat.
Relevance to Flynn? None. Plenty of other Covid discussions elsewhere

Abuse of power says the retired judge assigned to review the case. I guess Trump will have to pardon him November 4th, regardless of what happens Nov 3rd

          https://www.yahoo.com/news/ex-judge-...163751961.html

WASHINGTON (AP) — A former federal judge appointed to review the Justice Department’s motion to dismiss criminal charges against President Donald Trump’s former national security adviser Michael Flynn said there was evidence of a “gross abuse” of prosecutorial power and that the request should be denied...

Gleeson slammed the Justice Department's motion to dismiss the case, saying the arguments from prosecutors were “riddled” with legal errors.

“The Government’s ostensible grounds for seeking dismissal are conclusively disproven by its own briefs filed earlier in this very proceeding,” Gleeson wrote. “They contradict and ignore this Court’s prior orders, which constitute law of the case. They are riddled with inexplicable and elementary errors of law and fact. And they depart from positions that the Government has taken in other cases.”

The DC Circuit US Court of Appeals has stayed its decision ordering Judge Emmet Sullivan to end former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn's criminal case while the entire en banc panel of appellate judges considers the issues.
            Hahahahahahaha

Back in the barrell MR Flynn.

            That’s right

            Oh yes!

MAGAT Mike might need that pardon. Stone too! That should help in Nov! Giving parsons to his crook cronies.

I mean they were found guilty. Flynn even ADMITTED to it under oath! Twice!

Time for an update on Flynn.

Today the 11th Circuit decides to hear the case en band and accordingly threw out the decision by a three judge panel that directed the trial
Judge to drop charges as Billie Barr wanted.

Court will hear arguments in Aug 11

Looks like Trump may need to pardon him after all or Mikey might be enjoying some time behind bars

If Flynn were smart he would just go ahead and plead guilty (for the 3rd time? Lol), get sentenced, and then hope for a pardon or commuted sentence before Trump is kicked out of office. The way he’s going about it he’s guaranteeing that he’ll spend time in prison.

He doesn’t have to plead guilty a third time. Nothing has happened with his second guilty plea yet. Still in play. That may be adequate and sufficient for Judge Sullivan unless Bill Barr himself comes into Judge Sullivan’s courtroom and convinces him he should throw out flynns guilty plea because Billie Barr day so.

Judge Sullivan has been skeptical and now an appeals court agrees its his right to do so.

                            By 8-2.

The Adviser appointed by Judge Sullivan in FLYNN case urges him to deny DOJ's motion to dismiss the case, calling its decision a clear pretext for Trump's pressure campaign. Flynn's guilt is "obvious" he argues.

That is some disgusting stuff being done by Barr to our justice system. I think the part I like best are all the references to Barr's failure to address all of Flynn's lying and Trump's public pressure campaign to achieve this result. Barr just agrees. And Barr also agrees that Flynn is now lying when he claims that he pleaded guilty because the government threatened his son. Barr says that's not true, but you should still set Flynn free. How any patriotic citizen could stand for this lawlessness is beyond me.

Anyone want to be that not a single Trump supporter will bother reading that submission? The truth is way too painful to bear for them.
