For an old guy, his resume is pretty poor. He went from floating around with no results at FPS and then to OC where he continued to fail. AH is a gypsy, a grifter, just like the majority of other unqualified English here in the USA. The English won�t even hire the English. Why should we, especially on the girls side. This is a joke. Get him out of FC Prime while you can.

Those at Team Boca really dropped the ball on this one. Horrible idea!

--Hough brings a wealth of experience to FPS after previously working within the youth soccer industry at organizations in the US, Australia and England. After joining MLS Camps in 2006, Hough then accepted a job in Sydney, Australia as the Academy Director at a private college. The English native then returned to his homeland in 2007 to work in the prestigious School of Excellence and youth academy of Arsenal FC before accepting the position of Regional Manager at NASC in 2009. Hough then spent 2010 in Houston working for the Texas Rush club program.

I can name one accomplishment, that is helping my daughter's recruitment to a top D1 program. He is very highly regarded by a lot of college coaches, and when he calls they listen. A smart parent would learn to side with him to promote their kid. But if your your daughter could play, you'd be a fool to waste your time on here bashing him. So which is it, you're a fool, or your daughter can't play?

That is false. He couldn�t tell you the difference between a private or state school and would be hard pressed to name more than ten schools. College coaches think he is a joke and can�t understand how he could run OC so poorly. He is a fraud.

This is an FKK parent. But it could have been a Weston, OC, sunrise, bu, gps, Fc America parent. It is well known that Alan is the biggest slimeball in Florida. Alan has 0 players he developed at Prime. Facts

Won't work. Every parent in the Orlando Pride tried calling him and he ignored their text messages and phone calls. He doesn't communicate with players or their parents.
