Whoever was claiming tRump's approval among African Americans was in the mid 30s based it off of Rasmussen's flawed survey and very small sample size among AA.

That’s because it is far-fetched. Trump’s black approval rating is nowhere near 36 percent.

Polling firms that have interviewed far more African Americans, and that are much more transparent than Rasmussen, all show that Trump’s black approval rating is much lower than 36 percent. For example, Gallup has interviewed thousands of African American respondents in 2018. Its polling suggests that Trump’s black approval rating has consistently been around 10 to 15 percent through 2018. The same is true in polling by Ipsos/Reuters; Similarly, the polling firm Civiqs, which has interviewed more than 140,000 respondents in 2017 and 2018, suggests that Trump’s black approval rating has consistently been in the single-digits throughout his presidency:

These data remind us to be skeptical of outlier polls — especially when those results fly in the face of what we already know about African Americans’ weak support for Republican presidents in general and their strong disapproval of Donald Trump in particular.

Oh, Oh, Snowflakes haven't learned their lessons about polls yet. Relying of Civiqs, really? Their biggest fear that the black community starts to like Trump. Its happening.

Ispos, Gallup, Reuters, Pew....all show him bouncing along at 10-12%. Just because his PR folk keep placing a few black men behind him at his rallies doesn't mean AA are now in favor of him. So no, we're not worried. 80% of AA think he's racist; so do 44% of whites BTW and 60% of Hispanics. People don't need an N word tape to figure that out.

Of course, many of those perceptions are linked to Donald Trump, who in this sample faces an 84 percent disapproval rating, and whom a similar amount of black voters think is racist...These findings echo those of some other recent polls. A November poll from Winthrop University found that three-quarters of all black Southerners said that minorities in the country were under attack. CNN/ORC polls from August 2017 find that the majority of black voters believe they are discriminated against by police, courts, banks, and workplaces, a result with which an NPR/Robert Wood Johnson Foundation poll from October roughly agrees. A December Pew Research poll shows that overall views of race relations are approaching a low not seen since the Los Angeles riots in 1992, with barely over a quarter of black Americans saying they believe race relations are generally good.

The Georgia chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union sent a letter to the election board earlier this week warning of a lawsuit because the proposed closures discriminated against black voters. Those voters, the group said, were less likely to own a car and would be required to walk over three hours to one of the two remaining polling locations because there is no public transportation to get them there. The ACLU also noted the voter makeup of one of the polling places officials wanted to close was 96.7 percent black.

During a public meeting to discuss the changes Thursday evening, Mike Malone, a consultant hired by the county, said the seven polling places did not comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). I never claimed to believe her apology and in fact, pointed out that she was "forced" to make that apology. If public scrutiny had not been there, I suspect she would not have apologized and I suspect that deep down, she's not a bit sorry.

I could care less for her party affiliation. I'm not a Democrat by any shape of the imagination. I work simply from the perspective of right and wrong. She was wrong.
