                        When a school announces their incoming class in November then again in February with new additions, does this mean it’s common for seniors to get recruited well into their fall semester?

                          A college cannot announce until the student has either signed an NLI or has signed the offer of Admission and Aid. So maybe it's either a late NLI or no NLI and they just sent in their deposit.

                            Also depends on admissions timing and whether you do ED. EA or regular. Coaches want you to do the first two but sometimes you can't for whatever reason. YEs some senior recruiting definitely happens but it's usually low level programs (low D1, D2) or D3 (no NLI of course). If a scholarship program you're unlikely to get any $ if you are recruited so late but if your grades are good you might get some good merit $, or financial aid if your family qualifies.
