Then again, they are a bunch of scam artists so they may surprise me.
Good luck them selling that bs then trying to play teams instate that would dominate them

If thorns go back to OYSA they could save money on travel.

Just like Ecnl teams. They are mediocre and if they were forced to play their surrounding competition 90% of the lies and bs would be easily seen through.

Fc Portland Ecnl wouldn’t be top in any age group in state.

FC's 06's won their division last fall. I think they are going to be just fine.

Does Thorns DA fully fund the age groups Crossfire Premier funds? Kudos to them if they do. If the answer is no, why not?

They could put that money to go use.

Only because the CU 06's played 05 in the fall (and did very well). We will see what happends at State Cup.

Another nationally top team back to Ecnl. Developmentally bad for Thorns academy to compete in such a weak league but maybe they’ll luck out and WA will add a new weak GDA team that Thorns can beat. It’s not fun losing all the time. Personally hope GDA survives in Oregon because choices are good and keep each league competing for players. That’s a win for the players and parents. We all lose if GDA dies.

With all the top teams dropping out it’s better for thorns. They have been doing very poorly and maybe might do better.

Either that or I’ve read on here about a possible move back to OYSA. Either way would get them a few much needed wins.

Thorns struggle to get top players so moving to lower league might help.

When 70 of the Nation's elite clubs joined the DA in 2017 our 2 local clubs, who were not selected for the DA, benefited greatly from a win loss and goal differential standpoint, to nobody's surprise they started to be competitive in this new boneyard league vs the 'b' teams and leftovers clubs.

A few clubs leaving in one seasonal year (DA) will never approach the cataclysmic demise of the US Club league of 2017 of 70 clubs gone, that damage is beyond repair. Even with handful of band aid clubs that return (DA), to USYS or US Club league offerings, these clubs will run roughshod over the slim pickings (leftovers) that are still omnipresent and stuck in the expensive and mindless travel abyss.

Old news, everyone except you, has moved on.

In some ways it's understandable given the initial shock of the 2017 Rapture, keep creating any narrative you need during your prolonged denial. It's truly impressive, amnesia.

If they go back to OYSA think of how much money they would save. They could use the money for good uses.

                              And they could get wins.

If thorns go back to OYSA will they be in premier or 2nd division?
