Does anyone know who won the bid for Trotters Park this year to use the park for the next 5 years?

GPS (FC America) & ACYS were the original clubs sharing Trotters park. GPS tried to force ACYS off and own it all themselves. However, their bid to the City lost to ACYS and they have been scattered all over Central Florida since. They have rooted themselves in Maitland which is practically non-existent now as well as Hunters Creek. The Fort Myers affiliate of GPS is doing great. There was talk of GPS putting up a mammoth bid to regain Trotters park with assistance from their GPS associates in Massachusetts but until the bid is announced no one knows. With the bathrooms at or near completion at Trotters it will make it a prime target for any club as geographically they have the best spot of all of Central Florida. Central to everything. Not sure when the announcement will be but can't be too much longer. Clubs as well as the city need to make preparations.

What else would it be based on? All the Major Clubs in the Central Florida Area that would be interested and have the revenue to actually win the bid all bring something to the table as far as Community and Volunteering programs and resources. Going to be interesting to see what the soccer landscape looks like after the decision is made.
