He played for the Bolts for past two seasons. Committed to Colgate as a Bolt then quit Bolts to play senior year in HS. Since then apparently has joined Blazers.

OP here.I would expect few of the kids have actually been accepted by the school's admissions yet. Not to worry though. In my experience(six years) all but 1 or 2 you see on the list get in and make the team. Whether they play much is another matter.

Athletes are usually pushed to early decision or early action. Those acceptances are going out as we speak to different schools and should be wrapped up in the next week or two.

The last part of your post is very true and something people forget. There was a great trail of posts that tracked playing time, etc of prior graduates and it was very interesting.

Not the OP but Blazers have 3 D1 and 5 D3. Not bad at all. I know that kills the "DAP is the only way you'll get onto a college team" (or ECNL as well) claim, but it is the truth. For players trying to decide if giving up HS is worth it that is an important data point

That particular Blazers team could be an exception to the DAP rule. Tey had a lot of success at high level tournaments. It helps playing and winning in the top brackets at Disney and Potomac which leads to fantastic exposure. Not many MA non-DAP teams are fortunate to be that good.
