There were too many Bolts players in the other team's box when the ball got moved quickly on the counter attack. Easy passes forward thru sparse Bolts midfield and defense (which was missing a defender who didn't come back fast enough). Team needs to keep their shape when attacking..very simple but hard to do in practice when midfielders want to get on the score sheet.

Seacoast has been up to the challenge so far this season and should be prepared to give the Union a battle. Close but no cigar. Philadelphia 1 - Seacoast 0
Even without their big guns, the Bolts erupted last weekend against Everton FC Westchester. A split may be in the forecast, as PDA is a couple of notches above FCW. Bolts 2 - NJCSA 0 and PDA 3 - Bolts 1
After prevailing in their derby last week, Oakwood will be weakened somewhat by the absence of two players attending a U18 national camp. They should be able to overcome the recently-merged Richmond United, but may find the going tougher with DC United. Oakwood 2 - Richmond 0 and Oakwood 1 - DC United 1
The Revs' struggles continued on the road last week and this weekend doesn't figure to be much different. Smarting from a 4-0 loss to the Red Bulls, PDA figures to turn the tables on Saturday. NJCSA is a less formidable opponent, but is coming off back-to-back wins against Philadelphia and PA Classics and will still prove to be a big challenge for the Revs. PDA 4 - Revs 1 and NJCSA 2 - Revs 1
U16
Overmatched against the top-ranked team in DAP, Seacoast's extended drought is, unfortunately, likely to continue. Philadelphia 3 - Seacoast 0
Defying predictions, the Bolts netted a gritty win against Everton FC Westchester last weekend. The momentum should carry them past NJCSA, but not PDA. Bolts 1 - NJCSA 0 and PDA 3 - Bolts 0
Buoyed by a rout of the hapless Baltimore Bays last week, Richmond comes to Portland to face 1-6 Oakwood in what could be a close game. DC United will be a bigger hill to climb. Oakwood 1 - Richmond 1 and DC United 2 - Oakwood 0
With ties against the Red Bulls, Montreal, and the PA Classics, PDA is stronger than their record might lead one to believe. The game with NJCSA is likely to be a low-scoring affair. PDA 3 - Revs 1 and Revs 1 - NJCSA 1
U14
Concussed goalie aside, Oakwood should easily be able to handle an Albertson squad that has only scored 2 goals this season (while giving up 28). Oakwood 4 - Albertson 0
After falling on the road to NYSC, the Revs look to return to the win column. Depth should help the Revs triumph. Revs 3 - Empire 2

Seacoast tangles with Philadelphia. At U14, Seacoast and the Bolts have the weekend off from DAP competition, and Oakwood and the Revs play Albertson and Empire Revolution, respectively. Philly brings their second team and Seacoast pull soff the upset at home giving them a well needed spark.
Bolts predictions seem accurate as they too will be facing weaker lineups as both Atlantic teams will want to put their best teams on the field against the Revs.
Look for Oakwood to surprise. Oak 2 Richmond 1 and Oak 1 and DC 1
Revs over PDA 3-1 and over NJCSA 2-0.
