You sound like an owner of a club. So what happens to all these kids whose parents have paid to play all these years. Very few are playing in college and those few are going where the coaches double dip. Look at any roster. DA and International.

As with anything in life, some are better than others, you snowflake. There are no guarantees. At least the kids played a team sport and got some exercise. Don't be so judgmental. No one forced them to play.

The top 2% get most of the attention. That's just the way life is. Are you grooming our kids to perform in the lower quarter of their high school class? I didn't think so. People that can compete with the top 2% will always get more attention than the lower tier players.

Bad business model to ignore the 98% and that's exactly what bolts do
