I'd like to see them invest in coaching director to push a curriculum across the entire branch platform. There isn't much talent being developed outside of the Southern branches.

According to original press release BS is still in the six month contingency period. Sale was reported to be on or around May 2017

Last Friday, we entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement to buy 11.3 acres near Independence Drive in Monroe, Connecticut. The Agreement provides us with 120 days to complete our due diligence regarding this property, and we are already working on a title search and an environmental site assessment. The Agreement also provides a 180 day contingency period for: (i) Beachside to confirm it has enough money to close on the land and build the Soccer Park; and (ii) the Seller to obtain all necessary approvals for fields, clubhouse, lights and parking. Assuming all contingencies are satisfied over the next 180 days, we will purchase the land in May 2017
