Get over it. They are in the best NPL league and you are not. You aren't going to be either. Just get past it.

The club went downhill when Mo K left. Then DS left. Mo K is back and brought with him great trainers and lots of talent. Next steps are to continue to grow. They are on the upswing again. If Mo K can come back then who do you think might be next?

Here Here. Im a metro west guy, but North Shore has plenty of high-quality players. Aztec always has a spot on my list

I agree that the North Shore needs a good club. Thank god that NEFC and Seacoast are becoming more active in the area.

They are not in the best NPL league (maybe in some girls divisions...but not all...and definitely not for the boys).

With the reorganization, reduced player tuitions and the improved coaches, Aztecs will once again be the top club on the north shore. In a few years, NEFC, GPS and Seacoast will no longer be operational in this area. Aztecs is back!

The fact that you even feel the need and bother writing this proves that Aztec is the sinking ship it has been for years. This was written by a desperate parent that is hanging on to every last thread at Aztec or one of the new coaches trying to save themselves from club hopping to their 6th club next year.

If you like playing with you friends and hanging local, bragging about the label you wear, fields closing at the thought of rain, no showcases for the senior teams, then yes all is good at Aztec, but if you want to be on a strong team, develop, play in top brackets at showcases and go to the big tournaments and compete in the super group at state cup and get a shot at Nationals, then you will not be very excited this coming year, enjoy.

Kids get cut? Or just placed on teams they have no business being on? That's been pretty standard for that club for a few years now which explains the decline. Thus a watered down product because of too many clubs in the area. But no one will truly know anything until the fall. Until then I thinking a wait and see.
