I just heard about three different kids who didn't even make their HS JV teams as freshman who are going to DA. At big schools it's tough to make varsity as a frosh, but can't make JV? Please explain how that makes for a strong GDA league

Only I happen to personally know all three kids - not all the same schools or clubs. Having had son go through BDA, that is not the type of player GDA should be landing.

I like how PDA and Stars are forming two ECNL clubs. Another middle finger to GDA basically saying we're keeping all our top and second tier players in house.

A few other ex-GDA clubs are doing that, but not all. Stars, I think Hawks and Slammers too

Gdap is dead. Ow continues to bet on the wrong league. Has from day one. Ow is a niche program. Basically in boils down to geography and if you have a brother who plays soccer and is pretty good. If so, you enter the cult. If not, you go to a destination club and the top league in the country.
